This Pre-Information Form has been prepared pursuant to Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette 27.11.2014/29188) and the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, for the purpose of informing the Buyer before the conclusion of the sales contract.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Product / Service
The essential characteristics of the product/service (type, quantity, brand/model, colour, unit count) are set out on the relevant product page at nuki.com.tr and in the order summary.
3. Total Price
Product prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TL) inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax at 20%). The total price including shipping charges is communicated to the Buyer on the payment page.
4. Payment Method
Payment options:
- Credit card / debit card via secure 3D Secure payment — QNBpay Virtual POS
5. Delivery Terms
Delivery period: Delivered within a maximum of 30 days after order confirmation; typically 1–7 business days depending on stock availability.
Shipping fee: Free of charge for orders of 2,500 TL and above. For lower-value orders, the shipping fee shown on the payment page applies.
Delivery regions: Nationwide delivery within Türkiye.
Delivery address: The address specified by the Buyer at the time of ordering.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within the 14-day period via:

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned complete and undamaged in its original packaging within 10 (ten) days. The Seller will refund the full payment to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
7. Circumstances Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Products that cannot be returned by their nature (custom-made or personalised items)
- Products whose packaging has been opened, used or tested (products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons)
- Single-use products, copyable software, and digitally delivered products
8. Dispute Resolution
Complaints and objections may be submitted to Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence for disputes within the monetary thresholds published annually by the Ministry of Commerce, or to Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those thresholds.
For online dispute resolution, the European Commission ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is also available.
9. Acknowledgement
By completing the order, the Buyer acknowledges having read and been informed of this Pre-Information Form on the payment page. Confirmation of this acknowledgement is collected from the Buyer before the order is finalised.
