Complaints and Disputes
For consumer disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence within the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Commerce, or to the Consumer Court for disputes exceeding those thresholds. The European Commission ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is also available for online dispute resolution.
Competent Courts
Turkish law applies to all legal disputes relating to this site. For consumer transactions, the authorities noted above are competent; for other commercial disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia (Anadolu) are competent.
