Legal Notices and Official Applications

Legal notices must be served exclusively via our KEP address or by registered mail (iadeli taahhütlü posta) or notary to the registered address above. Notices addressed to personal communication channels of officials (private phone, personal social media accounts, etc.), third-party platforms, or the general WhatsApp / email line do not constitute legally valid service; no legal claim may be based on notices sent via those channels.

KVKK (Data Protection) Applications

All applications under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:

  • In writing: to the registered address above, with an identity-verifying document
  • By email: from your registered email address to info@nuki.com.tr
  • Via KEP: through our KEP address

Applications will be concluded within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days pursuant to KVKK Article 13. Incomplete applications or those where identity cannot be verified cannot be processed.

Complaints, Notices and Objections

Complaints, notices and objections outside the scope of this page must be submitted in writing only — to info@nuki.com.tr or to our KEP address. Notices submitted via any other channel will not be recorded. Oral statements, social media messages or communications directed to the general customer service line are not accepted as formal applications.

Our social media accounts are managed for public-facing marketing purposes. Responses given to comments and messages on those accounts are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding commitments on behalf of the seller.
