General Terms of Use

By using nuki.com.tr you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site.

1. Definitions

  • Site: The website accessible via nuki.com.tr and all its sub-pages

  • User / Buyer: Any natural or legal person who visits the site, creates an account or places an order
  • Product: Nuki smart lock products and accessories offered for sale on the site

2. Subject Matter

These terms govern the conditions for the online sale and delivery of Nuki smart lock products offered on nuki.com.tr, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply.

4. Membership and Account Security

  • Account security is the responsibility of the user
  • You must not share your password with third parties
  • You are responsible for all transactions carried out through your account

5. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract

  • Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and the Pre-Information Form
  • The contract is deemed concluded upon dispatch of the order confirmation email
  • nuki.com.tr reserves the right to cancel an order depending on stock availability

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, bank transfer and EFT
  • Payment information is protected by SSL certificate encryption
  • Instalment payment options may vary depending on your bank

7. Delivery Terms

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the destination region
  • Shipping fee is calculated based on order value or may be free of charge
  • Check your package at the point of delivery; if damaged, have a Condition Report drawn up in the presence of the courier

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The return shipping fee under the right of withdrawal is the buyer's responsibility. Any loss of value resulting from use of the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, or from missing packaging / accessories, will be deducted from the refund amount. 9. Warranty

  • All Nuki products are sold with a 2-year official manufacturer warranty
  • The warranty certificate is included with the product
  • Warranty scope and conditions are determined by the manufacturer
  • Faults arising from user error, physical impact or unauthorised modification are excluded from warranty

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on nuki.com.tr (text, images, logos, graphics, software) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Protection of Personal Data

12. Limitation of Liability

  • nuki.com.tr is not liable where it cannot fulfil its obligations due to force majeure events
  • No liability is accepted for technical faults or interruptions on the site
  • Product images are representational; differences in colour and size from the actual product may exist

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, amicable resolution is sought as a first step. If no resolution is reached, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia (Anadolu) are competent.

14. Amendments

nuki.com.tr reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Updates take effect from the date of publication on the site.
