BUYER: The natural or legal person whose name/surname, address, phone and email are provided in the order form.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of the goods/services ordered electronically by the Buyer through nuki.com.tr, and determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette 27.11.2014/29188).
3. Product / Service Information
The product name, quantity, sales price (VAT inclusive), shipping fee and total payment amount displayed on the payment page at the time of ordering form an integral part of this agreement. All product prices are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT.
4. General Provisions
The Buyer acknowledges having read and been informed about the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery details of the product on nuki.com.tr, and having given the required confirmation electronically.
The product is delivered to the address requested by the Buyer within a maximum of 30 days as required by law; typically within 1–7 business days depending on stock availability.
Delivery is conditional on the approval of this agreement and full payment by the Buyer's chosen method.
Events such as natural disasters, fires, war, pandemics, strikes and workplace closures constitute force majeure; delivery periods are extended for the duration of such events.
All products sold carry a 2 (two)-year Nuki Türkiye Official Distributor warranty.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery to the Buyer or to the person/organisation at the designated address, without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice may be sent to info@nuki.com.tr or via WhatsApp (+90 532 202 91 46).
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller within the 14-day period and return the product complete, undamaged and in its original packaging. A copy of the carrier delivery receipt showing that the product has been sent to the Seller, together with the original invoice, must accompany the return. The purchase price is refunded to the Buyer within 14 days of receipt of those documents.
6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for products that cannot be returned by their nature, single-use items, copyable software/programmes, perishable goods or items past their expiry date. For other products, the right of withdrawal is conditional on the packaging being unopened and undamaged and the product being unused.
7. Competent Courts and Jurisdiction
For consumer disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence are competent within the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Commerce; Consumer Courts are competent for disputes exceeding those thresholds. For non-consumer disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia (Anadolu) are competent.
8. Entry into Force
By completing payment for an order placed through the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. The Seller is obliged to implement the necessary software measures to ensure that the Buyer reads and accepts this agreement before the order is placed.
This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette 27.11.2014/29188).
