Explicit Consent Form

This Explicit Consent Form defines the scope of your consent given to TEKNORA PAZARLAMA VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ for data processing and transfer activities that fall outside the exceptions listed in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). 1. Data Processing Activities You Are Consenting To

By ticking the checkboxes below, or by accepting this page, or by confirming "I have read, understood and accept the Explicit Consent Form" on the membership / order / newsletter form, you declare that you give explicit consent to the following personal data processing activities:

1.1 Marketing / Commercial Electronic Messages

With your consent, your name, email address, phone number, order data and segment data may be processed for sending marketing communications, campaigns, discounts, newsletters and event notifications.

Personalised advertising and remarketing via SMS, email, push notification, WhatsApp and social media channels.

Consent is recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) pursuant to Article 6 of the Electronic Commerce Law No. 6563.

1.2 Cookies and Profiling

Behavioural segmentation using marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, etc.).

Personalised product recommendations and content display based on your preferences and interests.

1.3 International Transfer

Transfer of your data to overseas service providers (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., Microsoft Corp., etc.) supplying analytics, advertising and cloud infrastructure services, pursuant to Article 9 of KVKK.

Transfers are made with end-to-end encryption, access controls and contractual safeguards.

2. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time, without giving any reason:

• Via the member dashboard under "My Preferences"
• Via the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email
• By written request to info@nuki.com.tr

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.

3. Right Not to Consent

Giving explicit consent is optional. If you do not consent, you may continue to use the core services covered by Article 5/2 of KVKK — such as order processing, invoicing and shipping — but marketing communications, personalised advertising and certain optional value-added services may be restricted.
